We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Legal Requirements

Meta Pixel

Wordcraft uses the Meta Pixel (ID: 919976247712062) on all pages. This pixel tracks events including page views, lead submissions, and purchases to measure ad performance and optimize our marketing on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

  • Generated content — Retained while stored in your account; deleted when you delete the content or close your account
  • Payment records — Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
  • Usage logs — Typically retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes

For All Users

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, email support@mywordcraft.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials and tokens
  • Access controls limiting who can view your data internally
  • Regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure

8. Children's Privacy

Wordcraft is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using Wordcraft, you consent to this transfer.

For EEA users, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) when transferring data internationally.

10. Social Media — No Credentials Collected

Wordcraft does not collect, store, or process social media credentials, OAuth tokens, login data, or any authentication information for social media platforms (including but not limited to Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other platform).

Wordcraft's Social Content Kit generates platform-optimized text content for you to share on social media. Social sharing is initiated entirely by you through your own browser using share-intent links (e.g., twitter.com/intent/tweet). Wordcraft has no involvement in, access to, or control over this process once you click a share button.

Specifically, Wordcraft:

  • Does not connect to your social media accounts
  • Does not store your social media login credentials, OAuth tokens, or access tokens
  • Does not have access to your social media profile data, follower data, or posting history
  • Does not post content on your behalf to any social media platform
  • Does not read, monitor, or analyze your social media activity

Any content you choose to share on social media platforms is shared by you directly, from your own account, under your own credentials. Wordcraft has no visibility into whether, when, or how you share content on any third-party platform.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the platform. Continued use of Wordcraft after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
